Frequently asked questions

What image resolution do I need?

We require a minimum of 5 megapixels with at least 2500px on the long side for good print quality. The higher the resolution, the sharper your wallpaper will look. Our team reviews every image before printing and will let you know if there are any quality concerns.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF and WebP files. For best results, use uncompressed TIFF or high-quality JPG. If you have an SVG or vector file, please contact us directly.

How long does delivery take?

Custom wallpapers are printed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order, then arrive in about 3-5 working days across the EU (3-7 to the UK and the rest of Europe, 7-14 further afield).

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes - we can print a 30×30 cm sample of your custom wallpaper so you can check the colours and quality before committing to the full order. Sample cost is deducted from your final order.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we'll reprint it or refund you at no cost. Because every order is made to your measurements, we can't accept returns for a change of mind - which is why we recommend a sample first.

Is my image protected?

Absolutely. Your uploaded images are stored securely, never shared and used only to print your order. We delete them once your order has been printed and delivered.
