Measure the width and height of each wall in centimetres - that's it. Every wallpaper is made to your exact measurements, cut panel by panel on the product page, so there's no roll-count guesswork and no waste. If a wall has windows or doors, measure the full wall dimensions and we'll account for them - when in doubt, add 5-10cm to each side as a safety margin.

Yes - a printed A4 sample is €3, dispatched within 2 business days. It's the easiest way to check the true colour and texture in your own light before committing to a full wall.

Every order is made to measure. It is printed and dispatched within 3-5 working days, then arrives in about 3-5 working days across the EU (1-3 in Bulgaria, 3-7 to the UK and the rest of Europe, 7-14 further afield). You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships.

Depends on the material. Eco Peel & Stick is removable and repositionable - made for renters or anyone who redecorates often. Comfort Peel & Stick has a very strong adhesive and is not designed to be removed. Our paste-the-wall materials come off cleanly too, with a soak of warm water.

Not necessarily - every order includes full instructions and most of our customers hang it themselves. For a large mural or an awkward room, a professional decorator will still give the cleanest finish, but it's entirely your call.

Six, each suited to something different: Eco Non-woven (our most popular - light, PVC-free, fire-rated, paste-the-wall), Linen Durable Vinyl (a tougher, woven-texture paste-the-wall for busy rooms), Eco Peel & Stick (self-adhesive, removable) and Comfort Peel & Stick (self-adhesive, with a very strong, long-lasting hold), and Premium Cotton Textile and Premium Silk Textile (our most luxurious paste-the-wall finishes, genuinely woven). Yes - every wallpaper is printed only once you order it, cut to your exact wall dimensions. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold, and nothing goes to waste.

Closely - we print in RGB, the same colour model your screen uses, so what you see translates more accurately than standard CMYK printing does. Screens still vary from device to device though, so if colour accuracy matters to you, order a sample first.

None of our materials are certified fully waterproof, so keep any wallpaper away from a shower or direct water. Peel & Stick copes best with occasional steam, and Linen Durable Vinyl wipes clean and holds up well outside the splash zone - both are good choices for most kitchens and bathrooms. If you're unsure which material suits your space, just ask us.

Yes - upload your own photo, artwork, or brand assets and we'll turn it into a made-to-measure wallpaper. Start on our Custom Wallpaper page, or get in touch if you'd like a hand with the design first.

Pick a design, enter your wall's dimensions on the product page, and add it to your cart. Checkout is handled by Stripe - pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Since everything is printed to measure, we start production quickly - get in touch as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to change or cancel it before printing begins. Once it's started, we can't undo it.

Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay - all processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We never see or store your card details.

Yes, standard VAT is already in every price you see. If you're a VAT-registered business elsewhere in the EU, enter your VAT number at checkout - once it's verified against the EU's VIES register, the reverse-charge 0% rate applies automatically.

Yes - create an account (or use the one from checkout) and your My Account page keeps a full order history, with a downloadable VAT invoice for every purchase. You'll also get a tracking email the moment your order ships.

For paste-the-wall materials: wallpaper paste (non-woven, PVA dispersion type), a paste brush or roller, a smoother or squeegee, a sharp craft knife, a pencil, a spirit level, a measuring tape and a seam roller. For Peel & Stick: a squeegee or credit card, a sharp craft knife, a pencil and a spirit level. For large murals, have a second pair of hands. Yes - your order arrives as numbered panels. Start with panel 1 and hang them in sequence, left to right, edge to edge and never overlapping. Match the design at eye level before smoothing each panel into place.

For the paste-the-wall materials, use a non-woven wallpaper paste (PVA dispersion type), applied to the wall rather than the paper. A slightly thicker mix works better for large murals because it gives you more time to adjust each panel. Peel & Stick needs no paste at all.

Walls should be clean, dry and smooth, and primed or sized first - fill and sand anything rough. Eco Peel & Stick is for smooth surfaces only, while Comfort Peel & Stick has a stronger adhesive that also copes with lightly textured walls. Freshly painted walls should cure for at least 4 weeks before applying Peel & Stick, and washable or zero-VOC paints can resist adhesion, so test a small offcut for 24 hours first.

Your order is packed in a recycled cardboard box.

Photograph the packaging and the wallpaper as soon as it arrives and get in touch within 14 days of delivery - we'll arrange a free replacement, no need to send the damaged one back.

Because every order is made to your measurements, we can't take returns for a change of mind - that's why we always point people to a sample first. If something's actually faulty or a production error on our side, we'll replace or refund it, always.
